Plans for Caledonia condo development head to Village Board for final approval

Caledonia is on the verge of welcoming a new condominium community, Water’s Edge, as the Planning Commission gives its approval for consideration by the Village Board on Aug. 8. Pending Village Board approval, construction is anticipated to commence in spring 2024.
